The rink is a mixed media painting with intaglio, oil and watercolor. The etching "Totempole Ballroom" is attached with rabbit skin glue . The ballroom becomes an ice skating rink. A scene is painted around it with oil. Watercolor is used on the etching to pull the colors together. The canvas painting is 14" x 20" This work of art was accepted in the Louisville, CO National Art Show in 2011.
